Afri Tours and Travel Ltd. opened in 1994 as a Tour Company and concessionaire for Sambiya River Lodge, located in the magnificent Murchison Falls National Park. It has grown to be one of the most respected Safari operators in Uganda.

Afri Tours is committed to promoting sustainable development in Uganda. We support the BeadforLife project in a number of ways. For those clients who have the time and are interested, we will take you to the BeadforLife project, where Ugandans work to eradicate poverty one bead at a time. You can help in numerous ways: Visit their store and see how recycled paper beads are made as well as buy souvenirs and gifts that make a difference in people’s lives; visit their model village being built in collaboration with Habitat for Humanity Uganda and help in building homes; or visit Ugandans in their typical neighborhoods and simple homes and possibly sponsor an out of school young person for vocational training which will allow them to move out of poverty. In addition, Afri Tours and Travel Ltd. donate a portion of their profits towards the above project.
